Job Opportunties

Director role

The post is part-time – 2-3 days per week (negotiable) paid pro rata on a full-time salary scale of £30-35k p.a.

Arts and Minds is a leading arts and mental health charity delivering Arts on Prescription and other evidence-based arts experiences for people of all ages who live with mental health problems in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and beyond.

The charity has a national reputation for contributing to the evidence base and policy developments around non-clinical interventions for medical conditions.

We are now looking for a passionate and energetic new Director to lead the development of the charity during a period that we hope will see exciting new initiatives come to fruition.

With strong local and national partnerships, interest from the corporate sector and the potential for new developments – particularly for young people, this is an exciting time to join a charity which has been operating for over 14 years.

If you are a self-starter with a real interest in arts and mental health, this is a great role for you.
